America loves oil. America loves burgers. Put 'em together and you got gas, baby. The BP Burger. Have it your way.
I have no idea who has the best burger in Brooklyn, NYC, or the world, but it's really hard to make a super BAD burger, which is why I took offense to LPT's. Haven't been to Burger Mexicano (who has time to eat out?) but I hear it's pretty decent. NOW though, you'll have a truly special option - Hard Time Sundaes - a semi-permanent food truck planning to move to the "parking lot" at the BP station starting...soon. As in I have no friggin' clue. Maybe owner Andrew Zurica has to push it here cuz he ran out of gas? That could take awhile. It's on a slight incline all the way here.

The Q at Parkside
News and Nonsense from the Brooklyn neighborhood of Lefferts and environs, or more specifically a neighborhood once known as Melrose Park. Sometimes called Lefferts Gardens. Or Prospect-Lefferts Gardens. Or PLG. Or North Flatbush. Or Caledonia (west of Ocean). Or West Pigtown. Across From Park Slope. Under Crown Heights. Near Drummer's Grove. The Side of the Park With the McDonalds. Jackie Robinson Town. Home of Lefferts Manor. West Wingate. Near Kings County Hospital. Or if you're coming from the airport in taxi, maybe just Flatbush is best.

Where is this truck going to park near the BP? Is this an exploratory phase to close the nub of Washington that borders the BP that people come speeding off of Flatbush into?
You do realize that the southern portion of the BP is being used as an illegal Parking Lot? The truck will go there.
According to this article it's for the first week in October: http://www.bkmag.com/2015/09/15/breaking-the-best-burger-in-brooklyn-is-officially-moving-to-a-brand-new-location/
That's great news they'll be reclaiming that public space stolen by the illegal parking lot! Encouraging news!
The burger at Midwood Flats is super good, FYI. The place looks terribly from the outside, but the food is generally on point.
This is the best local culinary news that I've heard since moving to this 'hood
five years ago. I haven't had these burgers yet, but am willing to wager that they'll
blow everything else off the map... I also love that he's gonna be 50 feet away from my
nabe fave -- DE HOT POT !!! Doubles Monday, burgers Tuesday, doubles Wednesday,
burgers Thurs.....
De Hot Pot is closed on Mondays, so you will have to re-work your alternating days...
Oh yeah, forgot about that. Guess I'll diversify and add Peppas chicken to that cycle. Jerk, doubles, burger, jerk...
