I'm in Vermont. Love it. But I miss home. So much so, that I just had to share this heartwarming story of love, bathrooms and media bias:
A Little Lefferts Miracle
The Q at Parkside
News and Nonsense from the Brooklyn neighborhood of Lefferts and environs, or more specifically a neighborhood once known as Melrose Park. Sometimes called Lefferts Gardens. Or Prospect-Lefferts Gardens. Or PLG. Or North Flatbush. Or Caledonia (west of Ocean). Or West Pigtown. Across From Park Slope. Under Crown Heights. Near Drummer's Grove. The Side of the Park With the McDonalds. Jackie Robinson Town. Home of Lefferts Manor. West Wingate. Near Kings County Hospital. Or if you're coming from the airport in taxi, maybe just Flatbush is best.

Heartwarming indeed; NY1's intervention actually got a bandaid temporary fix--Wahoo! Which reminds me Tim; Wahoo's, on Rt. 100, E of Wilmington, may have the best burgers in te world--if you're in southern VT you might want to try it. Also (a bit of shameless self-promotion) you might want to se te show of my photographs running this month at the nearby Dover Free Library (where I'm sitting now, using teir WiFi, istead of the @#&*%!! dial up at our rental house).
