Much like my past attempts to join a gym and stick with it, I'm too lazy to go down to Planet Fitness, the new gym mere blocks from my house, to do an interview and take some pictures. Anyone tell me what's going on down there besides sweating, grunting and mirror-gazing?
Here's the website. Go get fit, y'all!
The Q at Parkside
News and Nonsense from the Brooklyn neighborhood of Lefferts and environs, or more specifically a neighborhood once known as Melrose Park. Sometimes called Lefferts Gardens. Or Prospect-Lefferts Gardens. Or PLG. Or North Flatbush. Or Caledonia (west of Ocean). Or West Pigtown. Across From Park Slope. Under Crown Heights. Near Drummer's Grove. The Side of the Park With the McDonalds. Jackie Robinson Town. Home of Lefferts Manor. West Wingate. Near Kings County Hospital. Or if you're coming from the airport in taxi, maybe just Flatbush is best.

Świetny wpis. Dzięki.
it's huge downstairs, but still packed with the weekday after-work crowd. but hey, for $10 a month, you get what you pay for. The only thing I really take issue with is the mandatory checking account deductions to pay the membership fees - you can't give them a credit card, which feels much safer to me.
